When you're running around Hyrule in Breath of the Wild, you can get pretty tired. You only have so much stamina, so sometimes you need a snack! Fortunately with all the many ingredients in the game, some can replenish your stamina. One of the most common is honey, so adding honey to a dish can make it replenish your stamina. If you eat it in the middle of a long climb or a lengthy glide, it can make a big difference! One meal that's easy to make with fairly common ingredients is the Energizing Honey Crepe.
I think we first saw this recipe on the wall of a stable, but we made sure to take a picture of the ingredients in-game so you can make it too!
Whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Slowly whisk in the melted butter.
Put the flour into a large bowl and stir in the wet mixture until well blended.
Heat a large non-stick pan on low.
Pour about 1/3 cup into the pan and swirl it around so that it gets close to the edge. (Pictured right, you want them to be pretty thin)
Turn the heat up to medium and cook for two to three minutes, flip, then cook for another two to three minutes.
Before adding more batter for the next crepe, turn heat back down to low and wait a little bit so that the batter is easier to swirl or it might cook too fast and be misshapen.
Gently move to a large plate for now and repeat above. Makes about 7 crepes.
Now they're ready for decorating!
Take one crepe, lightly drizzle honey over the entire circle.
Gently fold in half, then fold in half again.
Drizzle more honey on top and sprinkle on some powdered sugar.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and mint, enjoy!
